Phyllis Jeanette Beard

Phyllis Jeanette Beard, 51, of Little Rock, Arkansas transitioned to her heavenly home on October 8, 2017. She was preceded in death by her parents, Willie Bangs and Lola James, two siblings: Septoria Wiley and Carl Daniels. She leaves cherished memories with her children, Lashay Elmore, Angel Sharpe, Stacy Beard, and Luther Burrel, siblings: Lolita Tyson and Phillip Jones, 11 grandchildren, two great-grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
