Retha Jane Severn

Retha Jane Severn, 62 year old resident of Gentry, Arkansas, died October 9, 2017, at Circle of Life at Legacy Village, Bentonville, Arkansas. Born June 10, 1955, in Gravette, Arkansas, she was the daughter of Ray Hudson and Martha Nance Hudson. Retha married Frank Severn October 22, 1988, in Gentry, Arkansas. She was a member of First Baptist Church, Decatur, Arkansas. Retha was preceded in death by her parents and one sister, Margaret Land. Survivors include her husband, Frank of the home; sons, Curtis Severn of Gentry, Arkansas and Robert Severn and wife Tammi of Rogers, Arkansas; daughter, Tammy Skaggs of Lowell, Arkansas; four grandchildren, Yvonne Severn, Jennifer Edwards, Ashley Skaggs and Micayla Severn; four great-grandchildren; sister, Eva Jean Duncan and husband Lester of Rogers, Arkansas; and brother, James Hudson of Maysville, Arkansas. Funeral services will be 2 p.m., Thursday, October 12, 2017, at Wasson Memorial Chapel, Siloam Springs, Arkansas. Burial will follow at Springtown Cemetery, Springtown, Arkansas.
