Ula L. Webb, 100, of Bismarck, Arkansas, passed away October 8, 2017. She was born November 11, 1916, in Fannie, Arkansas, to William and Etter (Cass) Abbott. Ula moved to Hot Springs when she was three and lived here 81 years before moving to Bismarck in 2001. She was of the Baptist faith. Ula was a loving, hard working mother. She was a waitress, a cook, and worked at New Berry until they closed. Ula loved raising vegetables and flowers, which she arranged. Ula also ran a parking business from age 60 to 84. Ula raised two sons, Ollie J. Trout and William K. Trout. William preceded her death May 1, 2016. Survivors include six grandchildren, Pamela Hurley, Anita Douglass (Scott), Diane Garza (Henry), William H. Trout; great-grandchildren, Nicole Bissell (Matthew), Jennifer Hurley, Derek Douglass, Steven Garza, Michael Garza; great-great-grandchildren, Alexandra Bissell, Hunter Bissell, Isabella Bissell, Serenity Bissell, McKayla Garza, Madison Harza, Mason Garza; younger sisters, both in their 90s, Willie Mae Roland and Jessie Price. Visitation will be 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday at Caruth-Hale Funeral Home. A celebration of Ula's life will be 10 a.m. Friday at Caruth-Hale Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Evan Smith officiating. Burial will follow at Pleasant Hill Cemetery. Guests may register at www.caruth-hale.com.
