Jason Douglas Ramsey

Jason Douglas Ramsey, age 44, of Ozark, passed away October 9, 2017. He was born January 27, 1973 in Dexter, Missouri the son of Kathryn (Cobb) Farrior and John Ramsey. Jason was married to Debbie Cook and together they shared 25 years of marriage. He worked as a deputy sheriff for the Pulaski County Sheriff's Department for many years and really enjoyed his work. Jason was an avid outdoors man and loved fishing and hunting. He was a very giving man and encourage many to give life through organ donation. Jason was a loving husband and devoted friend to many. He is survived by his wife Debbie Ramsey; his parents, John Ramsey (Vickie) and Kathryn Farrior (Jay); also two grandmothers Edith Cobb and Betty Ramsey; a good friend Kenny Yenner and close family friends Earl and Marcia Metcalf; and a host of other relatives and friends. A memorial service will be held by his family at a later date. Cremation is in the care of Holden Cremation and Funeral Service, Sparta.
