RUSSELL SETTLERS, 60, of Little Rock, Ark., departed this life Oct. 11, 2017. Preceded in death by his father Alonzo Settlers. He leaves to cherish his memory daughter: Porsha Settlers, godson Ahran Washington, goddaughter Lynett Simpson, mother Vinita Settlers, siblings: Ronald (Val) Settlers, and Rhonda Tappin.
