L. H. Wooley Jr.

L.H. Wooley Jr. passed away Friday, Oct. 14, 2017 at the age of 87. He was born Apr. 3, 1930 in Levy to the late Leroy Wooley Sr. and Vida Petty Wooley. Mr. Wooley was a retired house mover, farmer and avid fisherman. He will be remembered as a simple man, a dedicated Christian and a devote husband and father. In addition to his parents, Mr. Wooley was preceded in death by his wife of 56 years, Evie Lee Buchanan Wooley and his daughter, Freida Lenell Wooley. Mr. Wooley is survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins. The family asks that memorials be made to the Mount Chapel Cemetery fund. Visitation will be from 10-11 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 17, 2017 with funeral services beginning at 11 a.m. in the chapel of Moore's Cabot Funeral Home (501) 843-5816.
