Leroy Couch Sr. of Carlisle was born July 17, 1955. He departed this life on Friday Oct. 13, 2017. He leaves to cherish his memories wife, Dorothy Couch; one daughter, Laron Kelleybrew (Brad); one son, Leroy Couch Jr.; one brother, Ricky Couch; five sisters, Inella Miller, Charline Bryant, Mary Robinson, Lavern Harris and Pamela Watkins; six grandchildren and a host of family and friends. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m., Wednesday, Oct. 18, 2017 at New Jerusalem COGIC, 420 Brown St., Lonoke, Ark.
