Tracy Paul Dobbins, Sr.

TRACY PAUL DOBBINS SR., 91, of Jacksonville, passed away Oct. 14, 2017. He was preceded in death by his wife, Patsy Jane Dobbins and daughter, Cheryl Brewer. Mr. Dobbins was a World War II Navy veteran and retired after serving 26 years. He is survived by daughter, Deborah Adams (Morris), of Florida; son, Tracy Dobbins Jr. (Debi), of Jacksonville; brothers, Alfred Dobbins and Neil Dobbins, both of Little Rock; four grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Visitation will be Tuesday, Oct, 17, at 1 p.m. at Griffin Leggett Rest Hills, 7724 Landers Rd., North Little Rock. Funeral services with military honors will follow at 2 p.m. at Rest Hills Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, donations made in Mr. Dobbins' name, may be made the charity of choice.
