Addie Winifred Garrett

Addie Winifred Garrett, 95, of Benton, passed away October 19, 2017. She was born December 25, 1921 in Saline County, Arkansas. Winifred was a member of Sharon Missionary Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, James Herbert and Martha Ann Collins Moore, husband, Walter Garrett, brother, Oscar Moore, sisters, Blanche Hockersmith, Ruth Stevens, Ludie Barker and Bertie McNeil, grandson, Cody Matthew Forte. Winifred is survived by her daughter, Susette Forte of Benton, grandchildren, Krissie Clemmons, Kelley Lewis and Rikki Henson, great-grandchildren, Corey Hill, Clay Clemmons, Colby Clemmons, Eli Henson, Megan Gomez and Mandy Lewis, great-great-grandchildren, Kade Hill, Peyton Hill, Bree Hill, Emily Gomez and Autumn Clemmons. Church services by Ashby Funeral Home will be 2 p.m. on Saturday at Sharon Missionary Baptist Church. Burial will follow at Sharon Cemetery.
