Lester Beatrice Ratliff

Lester Beatrice "L.B." Ratliff, 91, of North Little Rock, AR, went to be with the Lord Thursday, October 19, 2017. He was born March 1, 1926, in Rison, AR to the late Claude Everett and Arrie Beatrice Ratliff. Lester was a World War II veteran in the Army Air Forces as a corporal. He enjoyed coon hunting and fishing. He devoted his life to his wife of 41 years, Reba Nell (Mash) Ratliff. Lester was loved very much and his family will miss his sense of humor. Left to cherish his memory is his loving family, wife, Reba Ratliff; son, Mike Langford (Anita) of Vilonia; daughters, Mary Jane Shannon (Dicky) of Vilonia, and Kelly McDowell (Perk) of Louisiana; 8 grandchildren, Jerry Shannon, Terry Shannon, Kerry Shannon, Ricky Langford, Michelle Johnson, Clint Graham, Amanda Boeckmann, and Nicole Hartwick; 23 great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild, and a host of nieces and nephews. Lester was preceded in death by his granddaughter, Kami Adams, brothers, Herbert, Claude Allen, Russell Melvin, and Troy Lewis Ratliff; and sisters, Marcelle Ratliff and Darlene Noreene Parnell. Funeral service will be 10 a.m., Monday, October 23, 2017 at Roller-McNutt Funeral Home in Conway with visitation one hour prior, interment to follow at Mt. Zion Cemetery in Rison, Ark.
