VESTAL ANN CEARLEY HATCHER, 82, of Little Rock, passed away Saturday, Oct. 21, 2017. Born to the late Monroe and Willie Reynolds Cearley, in Grant County. She attended school and graduated from Watson Chapel in the class of 1952, where she served as treasurer of her class and played basketball in high school. She worked at National Bank of Commerce, Pine Bluff National Bank, First Commercial Bank, Worthern Bank and retired from Regions in 2005 at the age of 70. Vestal enjoyed traveling sewing, quilting, crafts and bowling. She is survived by her husband, Billy V. Hatcher; three daughters: Cynthia Scallion (Ned), Vicki Elam (Tim), Marianne Hatcher; three grandchildren: Sara Hawkins (Dylan), Trey Scallion (Amanda Frestick), Mary Scallion; three great-grandchildren: Solomon and Emmett Hawkins, and Samantha Scallion; a sister, Betty Nell Taylor and brother Henry "Bud" Cearley. Preceded in death by her parents, two sisters, Mary Rosemond Stover and Paulette Freeman. Graveside service will be 1 p.m., Wednesday, Oct. 25 at Roselawn Cemetery, Pine Bluff, Ark. Visitation will be Tuesday, Oct 24, 6-8 p.m., at Roller-Drummond Funeral Home, 10900 I-30, Little Rock, Ark., 72209.
