Marlene Sue French

Marlene Sue French of Searcy, age 82, passed away August 31, 2017, at her home surrounded by family. A visitation from 9: a.m. to 10 a.m. and service at 10 a.m. celebrating Sue's life will be held at Powell Funeral Home on Saturday, Sept. 2, 2017. Interment to follow at White County Memorial Gardens. Sue was born October 8, 1934 in Dunklin County, Missouri to the late Jesse Ray and Mary Thomas. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Emmett French. She is survived by her three children, Carol Adams (Glen) and Paul French, both of Searcy and John French (Luz) of Michigan, and her eight grandchildren, Kathryn Burton (Justin), Thomas Adams (Jane), Ross Adams, Charles French, James French, Alexandra French, Mackenzie French, and Aaron French and two great-grandchildren.
