Remington Ray Andersen, age 3, of Decatur, Arkansas passed away Tuesday, August 29th, 2017, at his home surrounded by his loving family. Remington was born October 28, 2013, in Fayetteville, Arkansas to Tina and Eric Andersen. Remington was a superhero, loved life, and was loved by everyone who was around him. Remington was preceded in death by his great-grandfather, Felton Vandever. Remington is survived by his parents, Tina and Eric Andersen of Decatur, Arkansas, siblings, Savanna, Skyler, Annabelle and Colton of the home, great-grandmother, Margaret Vandever, grandparents, David and Della Dodson of Springdale, Arkansas, and Linda and Gary Andersen of Jordan, Minnesota, aunts, Tarsy Beyer and Tiffany Andersen, uncles, Travis Beyer, Scott and Christopher Andersen, lots of love from the church family and numerous others that loved and prayed for Remington. Visitation for Remington will be 5 to 7 p.m., Saturday, September 2, 2017, at Benton County Memorial Park Funeral Home in Rogers, Arkansas. A celebration of Remington's life will be held 10 a.m., Monday, September 4, 2017, at Horton Farms, 9388 Horton Farms Lane, Gravette, Arkansas, with Pastor David Dodson officiating. The family ask in Lieu of Flowers to make donations in Remington's honor to St. Jude's Childrens Hospital, www.stjude.org, or the Arkansas Childrens Hospital, www.archildrens.org.
