Lou Ellen Mulvaney

Lou Ellen Mulvaney, age 70, a resident of Lincoln, went to be with her Lord on Wednesday, September 6, 2017 at Washington Regional Medical Center in Fayetteville. She was born October 16, 1946 in Ventura, California, the daughter of Paul and Beatrice (O'Neal) Pettigrew. Lou retired from Washington County Assessors Office. She was a member of the Summers Missionary Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, James Mulvaney, her parents, four brothers: Bill Pettigrew, Clinton Pettigrew, Zolan Ray Pettigrew and Ralph Pettigrew, one sister, Rebecca Sue Pettigrew and one great-grandchild, Novan Coyne. Survivors include her children, Ray Mulvaney and wife Michelle, Tom Mulvaney and wife Emily, Shawna Cunningham and husband Daniel; one brother, Stephen Pettigrew and his lady Suzan; two sisters, Maridell Mays and Zona Fannin; 12 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends Friday evening from 6-7 p.m. at Luginbuel Funeral Home. Funeral Service will be held 10 a.m. Saturday, September 9th, 2017, at Luginbuel Chapel.
