Donald Lewis Frizzell

Donald Lewis Frizzell, 82, of Fayetteville passed away Sunday, September 10, 2017 in Fayetteville. He was born July 7, 1935 in Herrin, IL. to John Austin and Millie Ozbourn Frizzell. He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Millie Frizzell; his former wife, Karen Letha Frizzell; a granddaughter, London Claire Frizzell; and a great-grandson, Preston Lewis Frizzell. Donald was a U.S. Air Force veteran. He and his wife, Sharon, were founders of Truth & Light Prayer Ministry. Don and Sharon have been in full-time ministry for the last 18 years. Their ministry has taken them across the U.S. and to other nations. He is survived by his wife, Sharon Roberts Frizzell of the home; his children, Marla Roethe, Brenda Austin and husband, Daniel, Donald Lewis Frizzell, Jr., Letha Johnson and husband Mike, Jeff Frizzell and wife, Allison, James Frizzell and Traci Frederick; two sisters-in-law, June Frizzell and Mary Frances Rom; 15 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation: 5-6 p.m. Thursday, September 14, 2017 with a memorial service following from 6-7 p.m. at Beard's Chapel with Eric Eitel officiating.
