Deborah Oakley

Deborah Oakley, 67, of Rogers passed away September 12, 2017 in Springdale, Arkansas. She was born October 24, 1949 in Los Angeles, California the daughter of James and Betty Cathell Deegan. Deborah was a Teller for First Western Bank in Rogers. She is preceded in death by her parents and one aunt Irene Paul. She is survived by her daughter Mendy Fisher and husband Darren; her sister Tanya Cathell Bates of Springfield, Missouri; and family friends Mitch Hughes of Rogers and Eric Rogers of Little Rock. Visitation will be 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Friday; September 15, 2017 at Benton County Funeral Home, 306 N. 4th, Rogers. Graveside services 12 noon, Saturday at Marcus Hill Cemetery in Enola, Arkansas.
