Ella Savelle Hackett Kaiser, 89, known as "Wu" to her family, joined her heavenly father, her parents and beloved "Bud" on September 12, 2017. Savelle, a lifetime resident of Little Rock, was the eldest of five children born to John and Ella Hackett on December 16, 1927. She was preceded in death by her brother, Buddy Hackett, son, Jimbo Wyckoff and grandson, Brent Wyckoff. Savelle was a graduate of Little Rock High School and attended the University of Arkansas where she became a diehard Razorback fan. Savelle retired after 25 years with Coleman Dairy, and wishes to recognize the Coleman Family and especially, Cherb and Connie Coleman for their friendship and kindness through the years. She lived in her Broadmoor home for over 50 years, doing what she loved best, digging in the dirt, feeding her birds and caring for her many beautiful flowers and plants. She was the widow of C.T. "Bud" Kaiser, the love of her life for 30 years. She is survived by her son, Dick Wyckoff, daughter, Jan Godwin and step-daughter, Linda Kaiser; her grandchildren, Garth Wyckoff and wife, Becca, Johnathan Hale, Jason and Erin Kaiser; great-grandchildren, Kaylee and Gavin Wyckoff; her beloved sisters, Jean German and husband, Gene, Martha Munnecke and husband, Ted; brother, Mel Hackett and wife, Sissy, a remarkable woman very dear to her heart. Also very close were her niece, Mary Ella Iglesias and nephew, Theo Munnecke, very loving members of the family and her many other nieces and nephews. A special thanks to Heather and Shane Gadberry for the many holiday family dinners we shared together. Also remembered is her dear friend and caretaker, Sue Massengale, and special friends, Russell Bozeman and Warren Robinson. Savelle wished to be cremated and mingled with Bud's ashes. She is in Heaven now with "Bud", family and friends. Enjoy the journey! Go Hogs! Services will be Saturday, October 28 at 11 a.m. at Little Rock Funeral Home, 8801 Knoedl Ct., (501) 224-2200.
