Rick Hines

Rick Hines, 65, formerly of Stuttgart, passed away Wednesday, Sept. 13. Survivors are daughters, Sarah (Mark) Wilson and Laura (Barry) Ozturk; their mother, Cynthia Ratcliff; brothers, David Hines and Alan Hines; and four grandchildren.
