RICHARD EMMETT MCCONNELL of North Little Rock passed away Saturday, March 31, 2018. He was retired from the Corp of Engineers after 40 years of employment. He was preceded in death by his wife of 46 years, Sandra Kay McConnell. Survivors include his daughter, Sherry Potter; son, Richard L. McConnell; grandchildren, Shaine McConnell and Cecily Fyfe; by five great-grandchildren, by sister, Marsha Pruett, of Benton and brother, Ron McConnell of Bigelow.
