Joely Clements

Joely Anne Clements, age 20, of Benton, passed away on Sunday, April 8, 2018. She was born on April 13, 1997, in North Little Rock, Ark. Joely graduated from Harmony Grove High School, attended the University of Arkansas, and most recently Cosmetology School. She was preceded in death by her mother, Tonya Hill, and grandfather, Andrew M. Clements. She is survived by her father, Andy Clements of Benton; stepfather, Matt Hill of Maumelle; two grandmothers, Joyce Phillips and Vicki Callahan; numerous other family and friends; and her little dog, Honey.
