DORIS MAXINE STUDER, age 80, of Sherwood, passed away Friday, April 6, 2018. She was a devoted Catholic and was passionate about her family, friends, and her work. She spent many wonderful years with her husband as a golfer and a bowler, and welcoming her entire family into her home as often as she could. She made friends everywhere she went and always made sure to take the time to listen to others and be a caring friend when needed. For 38 years she worked in real estate at Real Estate Central, Coldwell Banker, and McKimmey Associates Realty as a Relocation Coordinator and loved every minute. She was a special and kind woman with the biggest heart and was loved by all who knew her. She is survived by son, David Studer (Tashia) of Perryville; daughter, Kris Tackett (Mark) of Sherwood; grandchildren Mishka and Dylan Studer, each of Little Rock, Daniel Eubanks of Perryville, Corey Cassidy of Portland, Ore., Courtney Cassidy of Fayetteville, Jennifer Tackett and Brian Tackett (Ali) each of Hot Springs; two great-grandchildren, Alice Tackett and Remington Tackett of Hot Springs; a brother, Don Mazey of Paso Robles, Calif.; and by niece, Sandy Holman (Ralph) of Paso Robles, Calif. Doris was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Suzie Mazey; her husband of 57 years, John K. Studer; and by a sister-in-law, Rosalie Mazey. Visitation will be held on Thursday, April 12, at 6 p.m. with a Rosary following at 7 p.m. at Griffin- Leggett Rest Hills Funeral Home, 7724 Landers Road, North Little Rock. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, April 13, at 10:30 a.m. at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, 7000 JFK Blvd., North Little Rock, with Fr. John Wakube as Celebrant. Burial will follow at the Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery.
