Joshua Lee Backus, 39, of Little Rock, Ark., departed this life April 5, 2018. He was preceded in death by his brother, Quincy Brown Backus. He leaves to cherish his memory: children, Ashanti Backus, Carson Backus; mother, Shelia Fells Pinkard of Durham, N.C.; Father, Alonzo A. Backus Sr. of San Diego, Calif.; brother, Alonzo A. Backus Jr., of Redding, Calif.; sister, April Backus German of San Diego, Calif.; a host of nephews, nieces, other relatives and special friends.
