Terry Ray Ballard

TERRY RAY BALLARD, 62, of North Little Rock, died Monday, April 9, 2018. He was born December 2, 1955, to Jack and Daisy Allen Ballard in Little Rock. He is preceded in death by his father, and brother Kenneth Ballard. Terry is survived by his mother, Daisy Allen Hill; fiancée, Beci Keller; daughter, Shawn Ballard; son, Chad Ballard; nephew, JR Ballard; niece, Laura Ballard; and multiple cousins, friends, and loved ones. Terry was a public defender in North Little Rock, City Attorney in Mayflower, and instructor of Political Science at Pulaski Tech.
