Russe Quinlan Allen

Russe Quinlan Allen, 61, of Little Rock, Ark., passed away April 16, 2018. He was born August 6, 1956 to his parents Willard Allen and Joyce Bilyeu Allen. He was a heavy machine operator and member of Mission by the Creek Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers and is survived by his sisters: Jaylene (Frank) Harris Butler of Little Rock; Meki (Jackie) Terry of Damascus, Ark.; a brother, Tory Vaun Allen of Little Rock; nieces and nephews.
