Tanner Thompson Shuck, 21, of Springdale passed away Friday, April 20, 2018 at Washington Regional Medical Center in Fayetteville. He was born August 15, 1996 in Springdale to Richard Lee and Tami Thompson Shuck. Tanner was a member of First United Methodist Church of Springdale. He was an intern at Tyson Foods. He loved hunting, hiking, canoeing, working out and traveling and helping other people, but most of all he loved spending time with his family. He was a Junior at the University of Arkansas. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Gene Thompson, one uncle, Rodney Wade Shuck, and his godparents, Frank and Mary O'Donnel. Survivors include his parents, Richard Shuck and his wife Marsha of Tuttle, Oklahoma and Tami Strickland and husband Charles of Springdale; his grandparents, Georgia Thompson of Springdale, Richard Raymond and Sue Nell Shuck of Jay, Oklahoma; Charles and Nell Strickland of Alpharetta, Georgia and Lonnie Easley and Louise Easley of Wyandotte, Oklahoma; two uncles, Steve Thompson and Ronnie Shuck, five aunts, Karen Thompson, Cheryl Duncan, Jennifer Strickland, Mary Alumbaugh and husband Garold, Sherrie Barnard and husband Bill and one sister Sidney Cameron of Tuttle, Oklahoma, and several cousins. Memorial services will be Thursday, April 26, 2018 at 2pm at First United Methodist Church of Springdale with Rev. David Freeman, Rev. Andrew Thompson and Rev. Judy Van Hoose officiating.
