John Joseph Pearson

John Joseph Pearson passed away April 18, 2018. John was born September 15, 1953 in East Saint Louis, Illinois. John attended Assumption High School in East Saint Louis, and went on to a long, admirable career in the US Navy. John greatly enjoyed the company of his many nieces and nephews. He was an avid fan of Saint Louis Cardinals Baseball and the Arkansas Travelers. John was preceded in death by his parents, Robert Pearson and Deloris (King) Pearson, and his brother, Mark Pearson. John is survived by his siblings, Mary Pearson, Matthew (Sylvia) Pearson, Luke Pearson, Elizabeth (Martin) Krips, Martha (Michael) Hittler, James Pearson, 16 nieces and nephews, numerous cousins, great-nieces and nephews. A funeral service was held on April 24, 2018 in Little Rock Arkansas. Ruebel Funeral Home assisted the family with arrangements. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
