Richardean Hatter

Richardean Hatter, 86, of Little Rock, transitioned on April 20, 2018. She was preceded by her parents, three brothers, two sisters, and one daughter, Deborah Ann Phillips. Left to cherish her memory are her son, Greg Hatter, grandson DeBrynne Phillips, and a host of nieces and nephews.
