Mildred O. Bell

Mildred O. Bell of Sherwood, Arkansas met her heavenly father Saturday, April 21, 2018. She leaves to mourn, a daughter, Jeanie Gray of Maumelle, Arkansas; five grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren; a sister, Georgia Wright of Cleveland, Ohio; a brother, Jewel McDonald (Brenda) of Louisville, Mississippi; brother-in-law, Bennie Simmons (Shirley); a dedicated friend, Ms. Flossie Walker Green; Pastor Mickey Phillips (whom she adopted as her brother); her confidante, Cory Chapman; neighbors and adopted family who checked on her regularly, Byron and Norma Robertson; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. She was preceded in death by her loving husband William Bell. A celebration of life will be Sunday, April 28, 2018 at 2 p.m. with a visitation at 1 p.m., at Griffin Leggett Rest Hills 7724 Landers Road in North Little Rock, Ark.
