Walter Stinson Chapman, age 80, of Monticello, passed away Tuesday, April 24, 2018 at Conway Regional Medical Center in Conway. Funeral service will be 10 a.m. Saturday, April 28, 2018 at Stephenson-Dearman Chapel. Burial will be in the L.B. Chapman Family Cemetery with Military Honors.
