Walter Lee Gains

Walter Lee Gains, 77, of Austin, Ark., has passed this life. Born Nov. 29th, 1940 in Mumford, Tenn., Walter attended Cabot High School then enlisted in the United States Air Force. Walter was preceded in death by parents, Gladden William and Ola Myrtle Gaines; daughter, Elizabeth Lee Gains and granddaughter, Cassandra Quinn. Walter is survived by children, Michael Gains of Ramer, Tenn., and Michele Gains, North Little Rock, Ark., 11 grandchildren, three great-grandchildren; and three siblings, Harold Gaines, Glenda Feagins and Betty Butler. Services are Tuesday, August 7th at 10 a.m., Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery, 1501 West Maryland Ave., North Little Rock, Ark. In lieu of flowers please donate to the NLR Animal Shelter.
