Sheila Ann White, of Fayetteville, Arkansas, passed away on August 5, 2018 at 81 years young. She was born March 25, 1937, in Fayetteville to Everett and Margaret Price. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Robert Douglas White, her first husband Robert Parker Taylor, her daughter Trevina Taylor, and her sister Jeannine Harris. Ann was a lifelong resident of Fayetteville and was a member of Harris Baptist Church for more than 15 years. She was a surrogate mother and grandmother to many in the Elkins community, and had developed deep friendships within her church family and community. She was a devoted, caring and loving wife to Doug and step-mom to Deb, and grandmother to Katherine. She was a sweet spirit who will be deeply missed. Ann is survived by her son Robert Parker Taylor, 2nd of Knoxville, Tennessee; grandson Robert Parker Taylor, 3rd of Fayetteville; step-daughter Deb O'Connor and husband Jim of Baltimore, Maryland; granddaughter Katherine O'Connor; and many friends and loved ones. A visitation will be held on Thursday, August 9, at Harris Baptist Church at 9 a.m. Service will be at 10 a.m. with burial at McCord cemetery to follow.
