Billie Jean Thomas, 82, of North Little Rock passed away Friday, August 3, 2018. Preceded in death by husband, Dale Thomas; parents, Willie and Vennie Cooper; sisters, Mae Rabjohn, Wanda Steckbauer. Survivors: sons, Billy (Sharon) Thomas, Michael Thomas; brothers, Joe(Betty) Cooper, Charles (Pat) Cooper; sisters, Joyce Cooper Walker, Phyllis (Bobby) Killion; grandchildren, April Archey, Logan Thomas; great-grandchildren, Michael, Alexandria and Emily Harmonson.
