Martha Ann Davenport

Martha Ann Davenport, 78, of Judsonia passed away Friday, Aug. 17th at Unity Health Medical Center. She was born Jan. 24, 1940 in Little Rock, Ark., to the late Hughes and Margaret (House) Richmond. Martha was an office manager during her working years, however during her retirement she loved working on the cattle farm with her husband. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend who will be dearly missed. Left to cherish her memory is her husband of 59 years, Rommie Davenport; two sons, Bruce Davenport of Judsonia, Ark., and Perry Davenport (Bambi) of Denver, Colo.; three grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, Martha was preceded in death by her brother, Charles E. Richmond. Visitation will be Friday, Aug. 24th from noon-1:30 p.m. at Searcy McEuen Funeral Home.
