Sandra M. Martin, 66, of Little Rock, Ark. transitioned February 7, 2018. She was preceded in death by her husband, Cleophus Martin; parents, Jessie and Mildred Hubbard; brother, Kenneth Hubbard Sr. To cherish her memory: son, Tony Hubbard, three grandchildren, two great-grandchildren; siblings, Jessie Hubbard, James (Christine) Hubbard, Jefferyln (Roy Lee) Davis, Janet Hubbard, Susan (Frank) Barnes; a host of family and friends.
