Patricia Pyeatt Lewis

Patricia Pyeatt Lewis passed away February 8, 2018. Mrs. Lewis was born in Fayetteville, Arkansas and graduated from the University of Arkansas with a BA in English Literature. She was a member of the National Honor Society, Phi Beta Kappa, and served as President of Chi Omega sorority. She married Donald R. Lewis in 1959 and moved to Jackson, Tenn. in 1966. Mrs. Lewis was an elder in the First Presbyterian Church and served as a long-time board member of Bancorp South. She was a community volunteer, small businesswoman, wife, mother, and grandmother. Mrs. Lewis is survived by her husband, Don; her daughter and son-in-law, Leslie and Marc Granberry; her son and daughter-in-law Matthew and Leah Lewis; and her four grandchildren, Eden and Foster Lewis and Whitney and Francesca Granberry. A memorial was held on Sunday at FIrst Presbyterian Church in Jackson. In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to the Donald R. Lewis endowment fund of the West Tennessee Healthcare Foundation.
