Thelma Oletta Walker

Thelma Oletta Walker, 97, of Springdale, passed away January 16, 2018 at Walnut Grove Nursing and Rehab. She was born November 19, 1920 in LaSalle, Minnesota to Ole and Thilda Hovde Thorkelson. Thelma was an active member of the Good Shepherds Lutheran Church in Fayetteville. She was preceded in death by her husband, William Henry Walker. She is survived by two sons; Alan K Walker and wife Mary Jane of Winfield, Illinois and Todd W Walker of Baton Rouge, Louisiana; two grandchildren, Alan K Walker Jr., and Kathryn and (Mikal) Gilliat; two great grandchildren, Jonathan Walker and Graham Gilliat. A memorial service will be held Saturday, February 17, 2018 at 2 p.m. at the Good Shepherd Lutheran Church in Fayetteville. Services are under the direction of Sisco Funeral Chapel of Springdale.
