Barbara Ann Hill, age 74, of Texarkana, Texas, passed away January 25, 2018. A Memorial Service will be held at 3 p.m. Monday, February 19, 2018 at the Smith Funeral Home Chapel in Stamps, Ark. with Bro. John Force officiating. Interment will follow at Lakeside Cemetery in Stamps.
