Norman "Scott" Minick

N. "Scott" Minick, 58, of Hensley, Arkansas, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, February 15, 2018 after fighting a hard battle with cancer. Scott was born October 6, 1959 in Little Rock, Arkansas to Bob and Ann Minick. On April 20, 1996 he married Leslie Moore in Little Rock. Scott was employed as a realtor with 1st National Realty and also worked at 10 Fitness. He was a wonderful husband, father, brother, son and friend. He spent most of his time involved with his daughter's activities from cheerleading to softball and he enjoyed coaching and supporting them in all of their extra curricular activities. Scott enjoyed lifting weights, staying physically fit, hunting, and sports. > Scott had one of those personalities where he never met a stranger and will be remembered for his million dollar smile. He was a very Godly man who had enormous faith, a positive influence on many lives and he utilized these gifts as a church greeter where he was a member of Otter Creek Assembly. > He will be deeply missed by his friends, family, and all who knew him. Scott is survived by his parents; his wife of 21 years; Leslie Minick; his daughters; Parker, Carsyn and Carrigan; his grandfather; Lee Minick, Sisters; Sundy Minick Lewis (Dwight) and Gayla Minick German (Jim). A celebration of life service will be held at 11:00 am, Tuesday, February 20th at Otter Creek Assembly of God, 9415 Stagecoach Road Little Rock, Arkansas. Pastor John Tracy will be officiating. Burial will follow at Pinecrest Memorial Park in Alexander Arkansas. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to his daughters at BancorpSouth in Little Rock.
