Carol D. Owens, age 69, of Augusta, Arkansas passed away January 9, 2018. Visitation is January 12, 2018 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Rhodes and Son Chapel in Augusta, and the funeral will follow on Saturday at 1 p.m. at the Holy Ghost Academy.
