Mr. Otis Perry, 80, of Pine Bluff passed January 2, 2018. Celebration of Life will be Friday 12 noon at Oak Grove M.B. Church-Gethsemane with Rev. Otis Perry III Officiating. Interment will be in Gethsemane Cemetery by Paradise Funeral Home of Pine Bluff. "Only Paradise Can Serve You Better!"
