Frankie E. Andrews

Frankie E. Andrews, 61, of Urbana, passed Jan. 2, 2018, in Roland, Ark. She was born Jan. 4, 1957, to the late Archie Norman and Verda Ford Norman in Urbana, Ark. She united with Mt. Zion #2 Baptist Church where she began playing the piano at the age of thirteen. She was a 1975 graduate of El Dorado High School in El Dorado. On Oct. 6, 1985, she married Joseph Andrews. She was preceded in death by three brothers, Charles Norman, Willie Travis Norman and Ronnie Norman. Survivors are her husband, Joseph Andrews of Urbana, Ark.; son, Joseph Q. Andrews of Urbana, Ark.; daughters, LaToya Hill and Stacey Floyd both of Little Rock, Ark.; siblings, Acey Norman of Milwaukee, Wis., Earnest Norman (Bobbie) of Little Rock, Ark., Odell Norman of Chicago, Ill., John Norman of Chattanooga, Tenn., Archie Norman of Enfield, Colo., Vera Rankin of Little Rock, Ark., Shirley Holly of Roland, Ark., Gwendolyn Norman of Katy and Brenda Brannon (Rodney) of Cypress, Texas, and three grandchildren. Public visitation Friday, Jan. 12, 2018, at Sims Mortuary from noon-4:30 p.m. Family hour: 6-8 p.m. at Mt. Zion Urbana Baptist Church. Funeral services 11 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 13, 2018, at the Municipal Auditorium. Interment at Mt. Zion Urbana Cemetery under the direction of Sims Mortuary.
