MARY LOU WOODALL, 74, of Roland, Ark., passed away Jan. 15, 2018. She was born in Atlantis, N.C., Aug. 16, 1943, to Harold Thomas Coates Sr., and Martha Green Coates. She graduated from Central High School in 1961, and married her high school sweetheart, Mike Woodall, Sept. 2, 1961. She went to work for the Arkansas State Hospital as a telephone operator and later became a legal secretary. She then went to work as the office manager of Cornerstone Women's Clinic. Lou loved her Lord, whom she came to know personally while at the Bible Church of Little Rock. She spent many years as a discussion leader in Bible Study Fellowship, served in Community Bible Study and worked with Pioneer Girls. Lou was a long-time member of Fellowship Bible Church where she was a faithful member and worked with Kingdom Kids. She leaves to mourn her husband of 56 years, Mike Woodall; sister, Bobbie Highfill; brother, Tommy (Sharon) Coates of Cabot, plus five nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her father Harold Thomas Coates, mother Martha Green Diles, brother Cliff Coates, and brother-in-law Frank Highfill. A memorial service will be held Tuesday, Jan. 23, at 11 a.m., at Fellowship Bible Church, 1401 Kirk Road, Little Rock. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to UAMS Myeloma Institute, 4018 W.
