Charles Ray Rabb, 67, of Waterloo, Iowa, departed this life on Saturday, January 13, 2018. He was born on March 11, 1950 to the late Kavester Rabb and Willie B. (McDaniel) Thompson in Magnolia, Ark. He is survived by one sister, Rev. Mary Flinoil of Menifee, Ark.; one brother, Kavester Rabb, Jr. of Waterloo, Iowa; one son, Charles Edward Davis of Hot Springs, Ark.; two daughters, Rayneisha Hightower and Shaniel Jones-Christ, both of Little Rock, Ark. and three granddaughters. Funeral services 11 a.m., Saturday, February 3, 2018 at St. James CME Church, 1304 Markham Street, Conway, Ark. Visitation: 6 p.m. - 7 p.m., Friday, February 2, 2018 at funeral home.
