William (Fred) Serrett, 80, died Wednesday, January 24, 2018, at National Park Medical Center. He did not wish to have a funeral service, instead wanting to have his ashes spread over Petit Jean Mountain. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Davis-Smith Funeral Home, Hot Springs.
