JD Kelley, 80, of Westville, Oklahoma, died Saturday, June 30, 2018. He was born May 30, 1938 in Ludlow, Oklahoma to Jeff and Mamie (Watkins) Kelley. Graveside service will be 11 a.m. Thursday, July 5, at New Hope Cemetery in Chewey, Oklahoma. Arrangements are with Heritage Funeral Home in Springdale.
