Elton Eli Cole

Elton Eli Cole, 80 of Mabelvale, went home to be with the Lord on July 8, 2018. He was born on April 24, 1938 in Little Rock to the late R.L. and Inez Treadway Cole. Elton was an Assembly of God Minister, retiring after 33 years at Ironton Assembly of God. He was preceded in death by his wife, Lucille Cole, one brother and one sister. Elton is survived by his sons, Phillip (Ginger) Cole of Little Rock, Timothy (Julie) Cole of Mabelvale, one brother, three sisters, grandchildren, Terry Cole, Rhonda Warren, Seth Lybrand and Karmen Lybrand, great grandchildren, Cecelia, Cooper and Elijah. Pallbearers will be Tony Harris, Aaron Cole, Jerry Parnell, Martin Couch, Kevin Couch and Lynn Peeler. Honorary Pallbearers will be Keith Archer and Cavin Peeler. Chapel services will be 2 p.m. Wednesday at Ashby Funeral Home with Rev. Tim Lawson, Bro. Don Taylor and Bro. Glen Cole officiating. Burial will follow at Mt. Harmony Cemetery.
