Wilson "Bill" Cavano

Wilson "Bill" Cavano, made his final fly by on July 9, 2018. He was born on September 18, 1936 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Bill served his country first in 1955 in the United States Marine Corp. In 1957 he volunteered for the United States Air Force where he continued to serve for 23 years until he retired as a Master Sargent in 1978. Upon retirement Bill began his career as a Maintenance Electrician. Bill is preceded in death by his parents Herbert and Florence Cavano; brothers Herbert (Monica) and Kenneth (Judith) and a son-in-law Jeffery Westenhaver. Bill is survived by his loving wife Sandra M. Cavano, three children Jeri Westenhaver, Clay Cavano (Cindy) and Dawn Stanley (Scott); one grandson, four granddaughters, three great-granddaughters, two great-grandsons; one brother John E. Cavano (Yoko) and many extended nieces, nephews, family and friends. Memorial services will be held on Thursday, July 12, 2018 at 4 p.m. at A Natural State Funeral Service, 2620 West Main Street, Jacksonville, Arkansas Jacksonville, Arkansas. In lieu of flowers the family has requested donations to be sent to the American Heart Association or the Arkansas Kidney Foundation.
