John Thomas Rowe

John Thomas Rowe, 55, of Hot Springs, passed away July 11, 2018. He was born August 18, 1962 in Little Rock to Waymon and Barbara (Appel) Rowe. He is preceded in death by his parents and sister, Jessica Rowe. Survivors include his children, Zachary Rowe and Bria Rowe, and their mother, Cindy Davis Rowe; brothers Waymon "Bubba" Rowe Jr. and Frank Rowe; sisters Laura Van Meter (Dick) and Tracy Rowe.
