Emma J. Hampton-Bailey Stallcup, 86, of Sweet Home, Ark., departed this life July 14th. She is preceded in death by: her spouses, Harrison Bailey and Elbert Stallcup; parents, William and Mary Alice Hampton; grandson, Keith Nooner; siblings, William "Henry" Hampton, Mary Ann Scales, Luberta Anthony, and Andrew Hampton. She leaves to cherish her memories: children, Linda Forte, Vivian Nooner (Larry), Shirley Bailey, Brenda Webb (Donovan), Bobby Bailey and two stepchildren; brother, Carl Hampton (Jacqueline); sisters, Maggie Honorable (William), and Rose Cone; sister-in-law, Dorothy Hampton; 7 grandchildren, 13 Great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
