Jasper Dean Herren III

Jasper Dean Herren III, 70, of McGehee, Ark. passed away Tuesday, July 17, 2018 in Little Rock, Ark. Jasper was born April 27, 1948 in Lake Village, Ark. to the late Jasper Dean Herren II and Claudia Russell Herren. He loved spending time with his family and his dogs. Jasper also enjoyed fishing, hunting, camping, and boating. He was a Computer Programmer and Program Analyst for Weatherford International and a member of First United Methodist Church of McGehee, Ark. Survivors include his wife Clarissa Herren of McGehee, Ar.; two sons, Jasper Herren IV and his wife Candy of Pea Ridge, Ark and Lewis Jolly and his wife JoLen of Hot Springs, Ark.; one daughter, Nickole Ellis and her husband Tim of Bryant, Ark.; two brothers, Russell Herren and wife Tina of Hot Springs, Ark. and Joe Herren and wife LeeAnn of McGehee, Ark; six grandchildren, Patrick, Samantha, Lexie, Savannah, Ashley and Nathan; one great-grandchild Kayla, and his beloved pet Beagles Max and Evie. Visitation will be 10 a.m. Saturday, July 21, 2018 at First United Methodist Church of McGehee. Funeral Services will follow at 11 a.m. at the church with Rev. Reggie Russell and Rev. George O'Dell officiating. Pallbearers will be Lewis Jolly, Jappie Herren, Patrick Herren, Tim Ellis, John David Herren, Michiel Hutchison, Stan Ackerman, David Binns and Mark Cummings. Honorary pallbearers will be Al Murphy, Lindy Oliver and Nathan Hull. Burial will follow in McGehee Cemetery. Memorials may be made to McGehee Paws and Claws, P.O.
